BASEBALL & MORE BASEBALL…

 

JARED IN CHENEY, WA…

 

We have seen lots of Grandson baseball this summer and it looks like we will be seeing some more this fall!!

Jared has improved so much this season with his pitching, hitting and many other positions. You can almost see him grow up before our eyes. He is playing on a special select team and has also been playing with a Legion team. Lots of his coaches have told him he is under the radar…that means that a lot of scouts are keeping a close eye on him. Looks like he’s getting closer to full sport & academic scholarships for college…I just hope he stays in the North West!!
We have enjoyed seeing  and hearing about our other Grandkids playing different sports. I just need to get more pictures taken & posted… that will be my blog goal for the rest of the year and into 2013!!

SPRING…SUMMER & ALMOST FALL…WOW !!

 

WHERE DID THE BIZZY… CRAZY…LAZY DAYS OF SUMMER GO ???

It all started off with a special Mother’s Day…  including some of my kids and Grandkids!! Memories…this is what makes my heart sing !! Just wanted to start off with some family instead of horses…but here they come! LOL!!

Tigger’s first 2 day clinic with Keith Danielson. We had tons of fun and get the privilege of returning in a couple of weeks! YEAH !! It’s one of the perfect ways to officially end Summer and start up Fall riding!!

And then there was Lewis… he had way more fun with his hat !! Needed to add some more Grandkids highlights !!

The complete Trail Challenge was in a all natural setting…what ever Mother Nature created is what our challenges were!! It is definitely something that is already put on our calendar for next year!! It was amazing how much my young boy’s matured by Sunday afternoon.
Tigger and Wyatt both placed very well for their first Walla Walla Trail Challenge…we brought home lots of ribbons and even had a few first places!! Maybe next year we will come home with “ALL” first place awards!! Always need to set some higher goals for myself!! Oh by the way…Steve and Twister competed in an extra 
timed event…driving some cattle thru an obstacle course and then putting them in a pen. It was fun taking “ALL” our Ranch Horses!!
